As prices of holiday accommodations on the internet can change often, you must contact us promptly by
email, but in any event within 24 hours of booking your holiday accommodation. Your
email should include all following information: your name, reservation number
and the website where the lower price rate is published. Incomplete or
inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.</li>
<li>
The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.</li>
<li>
The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for
online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate
your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as
proof.</li>
<li>
The lower rate must be found online for the same accommodation(s) only, on the
same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.</li>
<li>
The lower rate must be in the same currency.</li>
<li>
We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if
your reservation through us is completed and not cancelled.</li>
<li>
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate
guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including

Holiday villa uniquely situated at the beach of La Barraca in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain.
Nice and comfortable holiday villa for a maximum of 6 people, on an extraordinary plot, directly on the beach of La Barraca, which is very popular with divers, water sports fans and people who like the sea. This holiday home offers fantastic views to the sea, the beach and the island of Porticholl. A large, covered and well furnished terrace invites you to enjoy the easy summer living and look over the hustle of the beach. A constructed barbecue with dining area is suitable for cosy barbecues.
The villa is built on a large terrassed plot, only 20 meters from the beach. Unfortunately it does not offer a swimming pool, but because of it's proximity to the beach, this is not necessary, as you can go for a swimm whenever you like in the sea. All rooms of the villa are on one level (except the garage).
