Additional information about obligatory and optional extras
- An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels.
- The energy costs (heating) will be charged over the period from 10/10/2009 until 01/05/2010 and from 09/10/2010 until 30/04/2011 (only for weekly rentals; winter letting on request).
- For accommodations with air conditioning the costs for energy are obligatory over the period 12/06/2010 until 11/09/2010 (other periods on request).
- An extra bed can be only provided on request and with written permission
- To clients who arrive with a pet (only for properties which allow pets) an extra fee will be charged
- Airport transfer : collection from or delivery to Alicante or Valencia for a maximum of 4 persons
The indicated rental price includes:
- From 01/05/2010 until 09/10/2010 gas and electricity (excluding heating or air conditioning)
- Change of bed linen and towels once per week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment
Other optional services (to pay on arrival):
- Sending and receiving mail (free of charge), telephone, fax and email service (prices depend on rates).
- Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning service: € 15 per hour/cleaning person.
- Launderette service (prices on request).
- Cooking service (on request) about € 35 per hour.
- Babysitter service (on request) € 18 to € 25 per hour.
The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated (only on request and written confirmation)
The standard equipment of every holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca includes:
interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.
exterior: Garden furniture, parasol, long chairs (may not be available for apartments and bungalows)
Arrival and Departure day: saturday. In the period from 19/09/2009 until 29/05/2010 and 18/09/2010 until 28/05/2011 any day may be chosen. Check-in as of 16:00-18:00 hours and check-out before 09:30 hours.
A damage deposit is payable on arrival. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or by charge of credit card. We do not accept cheques.
