Additional information about obligatory and optional extras:
- An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. In most cases the end cleaning is included in the total price which shows up.
- In case heating costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
- In case air conditioning costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
- An extra bed can only be provided on request and with written permission, the extra cost depends on the rental price (mínimum 75€, iva incl.).
- Tenants travelling with pets will be charged a surplus per pet (only with prior consent and in accommodations allowing pets).
- Wifi : We cannot guarantee the Internet speed in the accommodations neither the connection / line.
The indicated rental price includes:
- Change of bed linen and towels once a week (only rentals of min. 1 weeks). Please make an appointment when check-in on place. If you want to have an extra cleaning with change of linen, we can organize on request and with an extra cost. For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment.
Other optional services on demand (to pay on arrival):

- Extra cleaning service: € 17 per hour/cleaning person.
- Launderette service (prices on request).
- Tickets for excursion to Ibiza, Formentera,etc.. and boat rental wit or without skipper as well as tickets for several theme parks. Please contact us for more information.
The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.
The standard equipment of our holiday homes includes:
interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.
exterior: Garden furniture and sunbeds (may not be available for apartments and bungalows)
During the summer months, arrival and departure from certain rental properties is not possible every day. The booking calendar provides you with information about this. Otherwise contact us for more information.
Check-in : from 16:00 hours onwards - early check-in only upon request to the local property manager
Check-out : before 09:30 hours - late check-out only upon request to the local property manager
In the event of a late arrival outside of office opening hours, or if using the option for contactless arrival via keybox at the rental property, the entire booking and safety deposit must be paid before arrival. Otherwise the keys cannot be deposited. The details can be found in your travel documents, which will be sent to you by email approx. 3-4 weeks before arrival.
The amount of the damage deposit is stated in the rental agreement.This can be left in cash or paid by credit card. We do not accept cheques.
All guests more than 16 years old have to provide information about their identity card or passport. It is highly recommended to upload the details of all travelers to checkmyreservation.com before arrival. You will receive the link for this with the arrival dates 3-4 weeks before arrival.
